Digital delivery and refunds

What is delivered

You receive the PDF files described on the selected game’s page. Nothing is sent by post: you print the game on A4 paper and prepare the listed materials. A printer, paper and ink are not included.

Previews can be viewed freely on screen. Printable files, including the blank or personalised certificates included in your selection, are available only through an order with confirmed payment. A pending transaction or simply returning from PayPal does not unlock files.

Keep your order details

Your secure order page brings together downloads and the receipt to keep, including a copy of the accepted terms. Also save the recovery details provided. Download files to your device: secure access links can expire and are not a substitute for your own copy.

If payment appears successful but no files appear, check the order status before paying again. Then report the problem with the order reference, without sharing a card number.

Immediate access and withdrawal

The withdrawal period is normally 14 days from the contract date. Before immediate supply of paid digital content, your agreement is requested through a separate checkbox that is not preselected:

I request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal when its supply begins.

Loss of this right requires that agreement, acknowledgment of the loss, the start of supply and confirmation of your agreement on a durable medium. If those conditions are not met, the applicable right remains available. Statutory guarantees remain in all cases.

Make a request

Secure order support lets you report a problem, request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right. You can also send a clear statement to the seller. No reason is needed for withdrawal where that right applies. Keep the acknowledgment of your request; it does not confirm that a refund has been made.

A faulty file or failure to supply may entitle you to a correction, conformity remedy or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable rules. Downloading a PDF does not remove these rights. Digital files are therefore not treated as universally non-refundable.
